NO-SNAP HANDRAIL AND RAILCAP COVERS

Saving your brightwork is best done by covering it up to prevent UV breakdown. But, chances are, covers won’t be easy to make. One woman, we met at the harbor, seemed to have met both criteria by designing a system that does not require the installation of snaps. Instead, she uses small-retaining hoops made from a 20 PVC pipe. By not attempting to fit each covering piece snugly, ultimate simplicity has been achieved.
