Burnham Park Harbor is located 2 miles S of the mouth of the Chicago River and enclosed on the E by Northerly Island. Caution: A danger zone marked by private buoys extends from the S end of the airfield (Meigs) on Northerly Island, S across the entrance to Burnham Harbor.
